Attachment style

Čeština

Attachment style is a pattern of behavior in close relationships that forms in childhood and carries into adult dating. Three basic types are usually described — secure, anxious, and avoidant — each shaping how someone responds to closeness, conflict, or distance from a partner.

The anxious type needs frequent reassurance, the avoidant type protects their independence, and the secure type handles both in balance.
